For the despondent, every day brings trouble; For the happy heart, life is a continual feast

Life is a continous feastHave you ever come to a situation that you feel frustrated and hopeless and do not know what to do? You tried your very best to overcome the situation but still nothing seems to happen. You became tired!

We cannot control the situation, but we can control how we react to the situation. Many times, many things are just out of control and we feel lost & hopeless. But if we can just learn how to choose our attitude toward each situation - our life will just change in a speed of a second.

Believe it or not, the secret of a happy heart is filling our mind with thoughts that are true, pure and lovely, with thoughts that dwell on the good things in life.

The key thing is “to dwell on the good things in life” - we have to continue to stay & enjoy the presence of goodness and joy instead of focusing on the darkest side of an issue. What we feed our minds is just as important as what we feed our bodies. The kinds of books we read, the people we talk with, the music we listen to, and the films we watch are all part of our mental diet.

Life is a choice. Instead of staying sad - choose to stay happy. Instead of staying poor - choose to stay wealthy. Instead of thinking negative - choose to think positive.

In this time of financial crisis, it is so easy to just blame the economy and the government and just live with the situation. Yeah, nothing can stop us to have the “poor economy” but we can choose to live differently. I strongly believe at this time of difficulty, there is always a way out - and it is a strong way.

When many assume now is a bad time - there are many more choose to believe now is the best time for breakthrough in life. Imagine what will happen when you are able to sustain and live courageously at this time. You will come out stronger than you have ever imagined.

Stop blaming ! Start Living!
